This work; composed on different high-quality papers; includes collages and painting.

I evoke the colors and typographies of the posters on the avenues of Chicago;

In Chicago's winter; the clearer; colder air often accentuates pastel tones; making for particularly crisp and vibrant views.

The glass and steel structures capture the first rays of day.

The proximity of Lake Michigan plays a key role in the appearance of the sky. Sometimes; morning fog rises from the lake; creating halos around skyscrapers; or clear skies seem to stretch into infinity.

The city's architects often used reflections and interaction with natural light to amplify the beauty of their creations.

The Chicago morning sky isn't just a backdrop. It constantly interacts with the city's architecture; enhancing it and transforming each day into a unique spectacle.
