This work on canvas is a diptych composed of 2 canvases measuring 36X32 cm (total format: 36X64 cm). Piccinelli in addition to high quality acrylic colors (Expert Amsterdam series and Artist Lascaux series) used glass particles mixed with an acrylic binder and pigments.

“Waiting for Morning” is a journey through the unknown; an odyssey where each step in the darkness is filled with promise and hope. It’s a mystery that slowly unfolds as night gives way to day. It is a whisper in the darkness; a silent conversation between the past and the future.

This work evokes a precious moment where time seems suspended; and where we can lose ourselves in the contemplation of infinity.
