The informal area to the left of the composition represents the clouds but they are clouds which are gently carried away in the current of the night like in a calm river.

I used white pigments which form a relief; a pictorial texture.

For me; there is also a certain beauty in the stillness of night; an invitation to contemplation and reflection; as if the riddles of the universe are temporarily suspended awaiting revelation.In this work I sought to capture the essence of calm and contemplation. Using acrylic; ink and distinct pigments; I created a space where abstraction meets geometry; expressionism and minimalism rub shoulders. Soothing tones and clean lines evoke serenity; like a silent night under a cloudy sky.
