This work is composed of three canvases of 30X30 cm. For each of the works; the painter based the chromatic composition on the contrast of complementary colors. In this case; orange and blue.

The pairs of squares are declined in nuances of values. Patrick Piccinelli is interested in the dialogue between the formal and the informal. For this reason; in each of the three parts of the triptych we find a geometric structure confronted with informal elements (brushstrokes; spots and drips as well as graphic areas with lines made with paintmarkers.

This work was started in 2020 and was completed in 2021.
