This work is made on Arches 300gr/m2 paper and includes collages. The composition is balanced between bright colors and graphic areas. It is a work that celebrates my Italian origins.Coming back from a stay in Venice with his wife; I kept in my memory strong impressions of the very special atmosphere of the Milan station. Starting with the delicious espresso coffee taken at the counter of a bar; and the noise of the big trains.Travelers are still few and far between; like lost moths. Silence prevails; broken only by the muffled murmur of the footsteps of security guards and employees; like invisible guardians of this kingdom of departures and arrivals.Milan station at 6 a.m. is a poem in suspense; a promise of escape; and a stopover where wandering souls cross paths; mingle and separate; like shooting stars in a sky still tinged with midnight blue.
