Night → geometry, density, silence.

On the left, an intense, almost electric blue streaked with horizontal lines—like a vibrating surface—captures a nocturnal atmosphere charged with energy.

On the right, an absolute blue-black—matte and opaque—represents the night in its deepest silence.

Clouds → breath, movement, dispersion.

At the bottom of the composition, that rigidity gives way. Blue ink splashes, spreads, and dilutes across the white paper. This gesture—poised between a controlled accident and a moment of letting go—evokes the nature of clouds: formless, shifting, and elusive.

The title of the work; "Night Clouds;" suggests a connection with the nocturnal landscape. However; the abstraction of the composition distances us from a literal representation. It can be seen as an evocation of the depth of the night; the mysterious presence of clouds; or the emotions and sensations these moments inspire.
